Every print is made to order, so there are two parts to the timeline: production and transit.

Production. Your print is produced after you order — please figure around 2 to 5 business days before it ships.

Transit. Once it's on its way, US delivery typically runs 2 to 5 business days. So end to end, most orders land within about 4 to 10 business days of ordering.

Cost. Flat $8, anywhere in the US. No surprises at checkout.

Prints typically ship rolled in a tube, which helps ensure that art arrives without damage. There are different ways of flattening prints, but we find this method to be the most effective.

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If something looks stuck or your print shows up damaged, email support@missed.you with your order number and we will be happy to help!

Given that we are a small operation, all sales are final.

However, to take the guesswork out of ordering, every product page lists the exact paper, size, and finish before you order.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, we are happy to make things right!

Please email support@missed.you within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint or refund it.

We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days. A few things you can probably answer faster yourself:

• Where's my order / how long does it take? See Shipping.
• Can I return it? Made-to-order, so all sales are final — but if it arrives damaged or wrong, we'll fix it. See Return Policy.
• Wrong address, or need to change your order? Email us quickly! Once a print goes into production we usually can't change it.
